Go through that link enter proper details and accept Terms & Conditions after that click on Register button. After clicking Register button you will receive one confirmation mail to your registered email.Just go through that mail & click on CONFIRM YOUR ACCOUNT button and your will be activated with this confirmation.Now you can login into the website with your mailid and password which you have entered while registration.

How do I recover my email id?

Go to earnkubera website below you find our support system like contactus link. Submit your queries along with your registered mail. Once you submit your request, you should receive an auto-response email from the Security Team at Earnkubera asking you to help us verify your identity. You'll be asked for one or both of the following: The email address or phone number you signed up with and the type of device you used at the time of sign up (example: iPhone, Android, iPad, other). Once you provide information to help us verify your identity, we'll send you specific instructions to recover your account at the secure email address you provided.

what is the Process for Forgot Password?

Go to earnkubera.com. Click on the login button at the bopttom of form you will find the forgot password link. Click on the link enter your email id and click on reset button. You will receive an otp to that respective email id.And enter that otp you will see the forgot password form just enter your newpassword and click on the update button. Your password is changed successfully.

where can i do if i don't receive my password reset email?

You must login into website to change your password.At the top left of website you have an profile option just click on that you will see the change password option. Go through that change password form enter your old password and the new one which you want to change and click on submit.Here,your password get changed successfully.

How do I edit my profile?

Go to your profile at the right side of bottom you will see the edit option just click on that and enter the data in the feilds which you wish to update in he form.Click on submit. And check your profile whether it is updated or not.

How do I refer my friend?

After login, click on the profile option there you will find refer a friend link. Click on that link, you will find social media options. You can choose any option to send your referal code and then share with your friend. You wil win Rs.100 for each refer till three shares.

How do I add money to the wallet?

As soon as you login into website you will see the AddMoney option at top right of home page.Just go through that button a form will appear enter your account details and the amount you wish to add and then submit.

How do I transfer money from wallet to wallet?

Go to the profile section by clicking that it will show you wallet to wallet money option.Click on the button and you will see the text field there you should your registered mailid and submit it. You can cancel there itself if you want or else by clicking the send button you will get another text field to enter amount which you wish to transfer.And then you submit you will receive a message if transaction done propely and you can check your wallet amount whether the transfered amount deducted or not. NOTE: you are able to transfer the money only from your wallet to another wallet not to another bank account.

Go to home page at the top homepage you will see the TicketHistory option . By clicking that option you can see the tickets you purchased on particular game of current game only.

How do I cancel my ticket?

According to game rules,Cancellation is possible within 14 minutes of current game.If you cancel the ticket within the game time the respective amount will added to your wallet of that particular cancelled ticket.You can check your wallet balance after cancelling the ticket.In case any issue of amount you can contact our support system or else send a mail or make a call to our customer support. your accounts are very secure its our responsibility and promise for you.

How do I view my ticket?

To see the ticket you just go the game history which is located at top left of home pages .There you will find multiple options vertically just choose the gamehistory and select the game which you wish to see the ticket of that particular game. As soon as selecting the particular game history you will ticket view button just click on it and the ticket wil appear there itself.

How do I delete my ticket?

You can delete the ticket any time after purchasing the ticket but amount will not refund fro deleting the ticket. You can delete the winning ticket also even after claiming but if you delete the ticket before claiming the amount should not refund and we are not responsible for that delete amount.

How do I share my ticket?

After login, there you will find a game history option. Go to that game history and choose total history for which game you want.From there you can click on share ticket button. Enter that email id to whom you want to share. If the shared ticket is the winning ticket then your friend can claim the winning amount but you can not. Because you already shared your winning ticket for your friend.

How do I claim my winning ticket?

After login, there you will find winning ticket option. Go to that winning ticket and choose the game for which you want to claim the ticket. Then that claimed amount will be added immediately into your wallet.

How do I check my transactions?

To check the whole transactions of your game, go to the accounts section you find daily transactions.Click on that you will see all the transactions you have made according to date.

what can i do if my account has been disabled?

If your Earnkubera account was disabled, you’ll see a message telling you when you try to log in. Accounts that don't follow our Community Guidelines or Terms of Use may be disabled without warning. We suggest that you review the Community Guidelines carefully.
